Broccoli Casserole
Nola Rose
2 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated sharp cheese
1 medium onion, diced
1 egg
1/2 cup golden mushroom soup
Bread crumbs on top.
Cook broccoli until almost done. Drain well. Combine other ingredients (except bread crumbs) and mix with broccoli. Place in a baking dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake 350º for 35 to 40 minutes.
Beef Cakes

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 cups oats
1 cup cream
3 Tbsp. onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Sauce
1 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
6 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 cup water
Mix first six ingredients and form into patties.
Brown in 4 Tbsp. oleo
Combine sauce ingredients and pour over patties and bake 30 minutes at 350º.
