According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals had activity in their cases:

In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:

Tyler T. Jamison, 20, of Lewisburg, pleaded guilty August 7 to a charge of training bear dogs without bear damage stamp. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Darrell Curtis Kimbrew, 23, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty August 9 to a charge of no evidence of insurance. He was assessed $365.25 in court costs and fines.

William A. Miller, 71, of Beverly, pleaded guilty August 9 to a charge of public intoxication. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

Mark Jay Parrack, 49, of Huttonsville, pleaded no contest August 2 to a charge of hunting violation. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Travis S. Dean, 40, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty August 16 to a charge of driving while license is suspended/revoked. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.

Chasity Chantel Gladwell, 26, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty September 4 to a charge of speeding. She was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Debra Ann McLaughlin, 61, of Cass, pleaded no contest August 30 to a charge of phone harassment. She was sentenced to three months unsupervised probation and assessed $165.25 in court costs and fines.

Jesse Weber, 23, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty August 16 to charges of loaded gun/crossbow in vehicle during prohibited hours and obstructing an officer. He is assessed $370.50 in court costs and fines.

Georgina Maye Campbell, 73, of White Sulphur Springs, pleaded no contest September 5 to a charge of driving while license is suspended/revoked. She was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.

Everette E. Carter, 68, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty August 30 to a charge of improperly entering intersection. He was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

Brenda L. Evans, 31, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty August 31 to a charge of air pollution. She was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.

Robert Lee Gierman, 74, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest August 30 to a charge of knowingly and intentionally possessing controlled substance without valid prescription. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.

John Cristopher Holliday, 28, of Mill Creek, pleaded guilty August 30 to charges of no vehicle insurance and operating without evidence of registration. He was assessed $550.50 in court costs and fines.

Lisa Dawn Smith, 40, of Durbin, pleaded no contest September 4 to a charge of driving while license is suspended/revoked. She was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.

In Magistrate Carrie Wilfong’s court:

Linda D. Thompson, 56, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty August 28 to a charge of mandatory disposal – provide proper proof of proper disposal. She was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

Russell Morris Friel, 64, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty August 28 to a charge of failure to use safety belts. He was assessed a $25 fine.

Monroe R. Scott, 55, of Valley Head, pleaded guilty September 4 to a charge of illegal possession of ginseng. He was assessed $665.25 in court costs and fines.

Deborah Lynn Wimer, 50, of Buckeye, pleaded guilty September 4 to a charge of failure to maintain control. She was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

In Senior Special Magistrate Danith Miller’s court:

Jeffrey Glenn Adams, 57, of Cowen, pleaded guilty August 6 to a charge of failure to maintain control. He was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

Juan Daniel-Rivas, 23, of Mill Creek, pleaded guilty August 7 to a charge of driving motorcycle without a license. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

Edwin E. Gonzalez, 25, of Globe, Arizona, pleaded guilty July 30 to a charge of failure to maintain control. He was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

Danielle Jarvis, 39, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty August 16 to a charge of operating without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate. She was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

David Wilbur Harman, 65, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty August 20 to a charge of knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without valid prescription. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.

Mia Ray Mattes, 34, of Westminster, Maryland, pleaded guilty August 20 to a charge of failure to stop at through highway. She was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

Jason Matthew McPeak, 21, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty August 14 to charges of loaded gun/crossbow in vehicle during prohibited hours and obstructing an officer. He was assessed $480.50 in court costs and fines.

Nathan Zane Morrison, 18, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty August 20 to a charge of driving too fast for roadway conditions. He was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

Allison R. Schneider, 24, of Willoughby, Ohio, pleaded guilty August 24 to a charge of speeding. She was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Justin Phillip Wright, 22, of Beverly, pleaded no contest August 24 to a charge of knowingly or intentionally possessing controlled substance without valid prescription. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.

Steven Curtis Raymond, 26, of Beverly, pleaded no contest August 24 to a charge of knowingly or intentionally possessing controlled substance without valid prescription. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.
