One Dish Surprise\r\n1 lb. Polish sausage\r\n6 medium potatoes\r\n1 large onion\r\n1 4 oz. can mushrooms\r\nSalt and pepper to taste\r\n1\/8 tsp. soul seasoning\r\nMelt 1 \u00bd Tbsp. shortening in a skillet.\r\nSlice potatoes and fry until half done.\r\nCut onion into \u00bd inch strips and add with potatoes.\r\nAdd Polish sausage, mushrooms, salt and pepper and soul seasoning.\r\nContinue cooking until potatoes are done.\r\n\u00a0\r\nCorn Sticks\r\n1 cup corn meal\r\n1\/2 cup Hudson Cream flour\r\n1 Tbsp. sugar\r\n3 tsp. baking powder\r\n1 Tbsp. cooking oil\r\n1 egg\r\nCombine all ingredients.\r\nPour into a well greased corn stick pan.\r\nBake at 400\u00ba for 15 minutes.
