Melt in Your Mouth
2 cups sugar
5 Tbsp. cocoa
1 cup milk
1 Tbsp. butter
3 cups graham crackers
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Combine sugar, cocoa, milk and butter; cook like fudge until the soft ball stage.
Remove from heat, add marshmallows and stir until thoroughly dissolved.
Stir in vanilla and graham crackers crumbs and mix well.
Pour into a well-buttered pan.
When cool, cut into squares or shape into balls and roll in powdered sugar.
