Fettuccine Alfredo\r\n12 oz. fettuccine\r\n1\/2 cup grated parmesan cheese\r\n2\/3 cup sour cream or light cream\r\n1\/4 lb. sweet butter\r\n1 egg yolk\r\nCook noodles per package directions. \r\nBeat egg yolk; add to cream. \r\nMelt butter. \r\nPlace drained noodles on a warm platter. Pour egg cream mixture, butter and half the cheese over noodles. \r\nToss until well blended. \r\nAdd remaining cheese; toss again. \r\nServe with additional grated cheese. \r\nExcellent with ham.\r\n\u00a0\r\nHam Baked with Mustard\r\nHam slices, 1\u201d thick\r\n4 Tbsp. brown sugar\r\n2 Tbsp. flour, \r\n2 tsp. dry mustard, \r\nFreshen ham by parboiling, if necessary.
