Lima Bean and Bacon Salad\r\n2 cups cooked lima beans \r\n1 cup celery, chopped\r\n3 strips bacon, cooked\r\n1 small onion, minced\r\n2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped\r\nMayonnaise or salad dressing\r\nMix all ingredients well. \r\nChill and serve on lettuce leaves.\r\nServes 6.\r\n\r\nFrozen Lemon Mousse\r\n6 eggs, separated\r\n1 1\/4 cups sugar\r\n1\/2 cup lemon juice\r\n1\/2 pint cream, whipped\r\nvanilla wafers, crumbled\r\nBeat egg whites until stiff, gradually adding sugar. \r\nAdd egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each.\r\nPour in lemon juice, beating well. \r\nFold in whipped cream.\r\nSprinkle wafer crumbs in bottom of a pie plate or parchment paper-lined muffin tin, reserving some of the crumbs to sprinkle on top, if desired. \r\nFreeze. \r\nOnce removed from the freezer, serve immediately. \r\nServes 6.
