Soup
Cabbage soup
1 ½ pounds ground beef
2 – 20 oz. cans tomatoes
1 envelope dry onion mix
1 medium head of cabbage
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 cups water
Brown beef and add other ingredients.
Simmer for 2 hours, then add 30 oz. kidney beans.
Salad
Broccoli Salad
1 head cauliflower
1 head broccoli
bacon bits
Shredded cheddar cheese

Dressing
¾ cup sugar
½ cup vinegar
1 cup Miracle Whip
Salt and pepper
or
8 oz. Creamy Italian dressing with real sour cream
