Sweet Rolls

2 loaves frozen bread, left overnight to thaw and raise
1 cup brown sugar
1 regular vanilla pudding mix, not instant
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup nuts
1/2 cup raisins
Butter a 9 x 13-pan.
Cut bread into small pieces and fill the pan.
Mix sugar, pudding mix, butter and milk together.
Drizzle 1/2 of the mixture over the dough.
Sprinkle with nuts and raisins.
Drizzle the rest of the mixture over the top.
Cover with Saran wrap and leave overnight in refrigerator.
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.

Spaghetti Sauce

1/2 bushel tomatoes, cored, peeled and cut up
3 lbs. onions
4 green peppers
1 bunch garlic
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. basil
5 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
3 hot peppers, chopped in blender
Salt
Mix in blender, onions, green peppers and garlic.
Mix with tomatoes.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook for 45 minutes.
May can or freeze.
