No Bake Lemon Pie
Nancy Pennybacker
1 9-inch Graham cracker pie crust
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 small can frozen lemonade
9 oz. Cool Whip
Combine milk, lemonade and Cool Whip in a bowl and blend well with a mixer.
Pour into the Graham cracker crust.
Top with a few Graham cracker crumbs.
Refrigerate.

Trail Bologna
Jane Madron
2 lb. ground chuck
2 Tbsp. Tender Quick
1 ½ tsp. Liquid Smoke
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. cracked black peppercorns
1 4/ cup water
Mix all ingredients together.
Roll into 3 links.
Wrap in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for 24 hours.
Place on a broiler pan.
Bake at 300º for one hour, turning after 30 minutes.
Pat off excess grease with paper towel.
Cool and refrigerate.
