Tartar sauce for seafood
½ tsp. parsley
½ tsp. capers
½ tsp. gherkins
½ cup chili sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
Lemon juice, optional
Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Imperial Crab
1 cup mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
½ tsp. dry mustard
½ green pepper, chopped
1 pound crabmeat
1 cup cracker crumbs
Combine all ingredients, except the crumbs.
Roll into small balls, then in the crumbs or may be formed into patties.
Fry in deep fat for about 5 minutes.
Serves four.
