Watoga State Park Foundation, Inc. is partnering with businesses and members of the community to improve and expand recreational activities at the park – and it has a putt-putt golf course in its sights.

Watoga has the space for a putt-putt course, a game suited for families to enjoy together.

The cost for a course is approximately $25,000.

Once the Foundation raises $15,000, it will apply for a grant for the balance.

The putt-putt course would be built near the present recreation area. The cost is for materials, as the foundation has members who have the skills necessary to construct the course.

The Foundation is committed to ensuring that visitors continue to have positive experiences and memories of their time at Watoga.

If you would like to make a donation toward the putt-putt course, you may send it to Watoga State Park Foundation, Inc., c/o Watoga State Park, 4800 Watoga Park Road, Marlinton, WV 24954
