According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals had activity in their cases:

In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:

Angel Dove Bibb, 20, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty October 28 to a charge of operating without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate. She was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Lance Austin Eads, 33, of Hillsboro, pleaded no contest October 10 to charges of suspended license and no vehicle insurance. He was assessed $650.50 in court costs and fines.

Dustin M. Fitzgerald, 18, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty October 16 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Kristen M. Sprinkle, 28, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest October 10 to charges of expired license and failure to obtain a West Virginia license. She was assessed $390.50 in court costs and fines.

Mark Harold Turbin, 51, of Dunmore, pleaded guilty October 23 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

William W. McLaughlin, II, 38, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest October 10 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

In Magistrate Janet Kershner-Vanover’s court:

Alexa S. Behrens, 39, of Cass, pleaded no contest October 23 to charges of operating without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate and driving while license suspended/revoked. She was assessed $470.50 in court costs and fines.

Johnna Ann Brewer, 30, of Hillsboro, pleaded no contest October 4 to a charge of operating without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate. She was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Joshua Ryan Ferrell, 36, of Big Springs, pleaded no contest October 8 to a charge of exiting vehicle on public road and shooting within 25 yards. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Christopher J. Murray, 18, of Dunmore, pleaded no contest October 21 to charges of hunting wildlife from motorized vehicle and hunting on posted land. He was assessed $390.50 in court costs and fines.

Phillip Porter, 59, of Genoa, pleaded no contest October 25 to a charge of hunting on posted land. He was assessed $275.25 in court costs and fines.

Travis A. Rider, 32, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest to a charge of obstructing a DNR officer. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Freddy J. Soza-Salgado, 40, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest October 21 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

James Gary Teter, 65, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest October 18 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

James Collier, 50, of Sugar Grove, pleaded no contest October 8 to a charge of failure to submit a bear tooth. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Eric Furr, 42, of Bartow, pleaded no contest October 11 to a charge of mandatory disposal – provide proper proof of proper disposal. He was assessed $225.25 in court costs and fines.
