According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals had activity in their cases:

In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:

Bridget Carroll, 19, of Buckeye, pleaded guilty June 28 to a charge of reckless driving. She was assessed $200.25 in court costs and fines.

Miranda C. Means, 32, of Bartow, pleaded guilty June 26 to a charge of driving while license is suspended/ revoked. She was assessed $275.25 in court costs and fines.

Chad Allen Shore, 48, of Gainesville, Georgia, plead-ed guilty June 25 to a charge of intoxication or drinking in public places. He was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

Chelsy Lynn Stancil, 18, of Valley Head, pleaded guilty June 5 to a charge of speeding. She was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Thomas J. Summers, 19, of Thornton, pleaded guilty June 25 to a charge of improper passing. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Brent Kevin Baldwin, 45, of Renick, pleaded no contest June 18 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

James M. Calhoun, 31, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest June 4 to a charge of failure to use safety belts. He was assessed a $25 fine.

Sarah Morgin Crace, 23, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty June 6 to a charge of failure to use safety belts. She was assessed a $25 fine.

Brittany Nicole Dean, 25, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty June 4 to a charge of speeding. She was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Lester D. Goode, 59, of Hillsboro, pleaded no contest June 19 to a charge of fishing too close to stock truck. He was assessed $275.25 in court costs and fines.

Jeremy William Moore, 30, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest June 7 to charges of operation without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate and driving with a child passenger without safety seat or booster seat. He was assessed $390.50 in court costs and fines.

Andrew C. Pritt, Jr., 43, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty June 12 to a charge of defective equipment. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Dylan M. Rexrode, 25, of Durbin, pleaded guilty June 10 to a charge of color of lights. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Rick L. Rockwell, 47, of Pickerington, Ohio, pleaded guilty June 13 to a charge of failure to submit a bear tooth. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Eva Jane Sharp, 42, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest June 19 to a charge of mandatory disposal – provide proper proof of proper disposal. She was assessed $225.25 in court costs and fines.

Cassandra Smith, 39, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty June 4 to a charge of failure to use safety belts. She was assessed a $25 fine.

Chantelle Brooke Wegman, 21, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty June 17 to a charge of petit larceny. She was sentenced to 10 days suspended jail and six months unsupervised probation. She was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Ashley N. Welch, 27, of Valley Head, pleaded guilty June 10 to charges of driving while license is suspended/revoked and failure to use safety belts. She was assessed $475.50 in court costs and fines.

In Senior Status Magistrate Danith Miller’s court:

Dereka Nicole Brown, 33, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty June 25 to a charge of truancy. She was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

Kainan B. Clark, 24, of Clifton Forge, Virginia, pleaded no contest June 25 to a charge of fake application for a license. He was assessed $225.25 in court costs and fines.

David Allen Moore, 35, of Buckeye, pleaded guilty June 25 to a charge of knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled sub- stance without a valid prescription. He was assessed $275.25 in court costs and fines.

Jeremy D. Moore, 33, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty to trespassing on property, first offense. He was assessed $275.25 in court costs and fines.

Ronald Sharp, 62, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty June 13 to a charge of mandatory disposal – provide proper proof of proper disposal. He was assessed $225.25 in court costs and fines.

Jeffrey Howard Staton, 58, of Buena Vista, Virginia, pleaded guilty June 12 to a charge of falsifying, altering or forging training certificate. He was assessed $225.25 in court costs and fines.

Ronald Gage Staton, 26, of Waynesboro, Virginia, pleaded guilty June 12 to a charge of falsifying, altering or forging training certificate. He was assessed $225.25 in court costs and fines.

Carmon Willis, 41, of Beckley, pleaded guilty June 17 to a charge of failure to submit a bear tooth. He was assessed $225.25 in court costs and fines.

Andrew James Clevenger, 27, of Summersville, pleaded guilty June 7 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Joshua Devore Kincaid, 33, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty June 3 to a charge of open dumping. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.

Robert John Nelson, 22, of Bartow, pleaded guilty June 18 to a charge of failure to use safety belts. He was assessed a $25 fine.

In Greenbrier County Magistrate Kimberly Johnson’s court:

Jeffrey Edward Myers, 52, of Rupert, pleaded guilty June 11 to charges of driving too fast for roadway conditions and unsafe and improperly equipped vehicles. He was assessed $360.50 in court costs and fines.
