Cattle Sale
Farmers and Cattlemen are again reminded of the Annual Spring Cattle Sale set for Tuesday. This special sale will be underway about 2:30 p.m. after the sale of the regular weekly auction livestock.
Approximately 600 head of yearling cattle and calves have been consigned to this sale, according to Secretary Walter E. Jett, consisting of about equal numbers of steers and heifers.
Many producers held back calves last fall and as a result, some of the best cattle produced in the county will be offered in this sale, observes Jett.
