Edward Bennett

Edward William “Bimbo” Bennett, age 61, of Woodrow, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family Saturday, January 31, 2015, at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.

Born September 3, 1953, at Marlinton, he was a son of the late Clarence Dunbrack and Agnes Bennett Trainer.

Bimbo enjoyed farming, art work, four-wheeling and nature.

He is survived by his wife, Darlene Wise Bennett; two step-sons, Josh Kelley and Jonathan Kelley, both of Dunmore; six sisters, Jane Biggs, Judy Hammons, Renea Trainer, Rosey Osborne, Flo Trainer and Angie Wilfong; four brothers, John Biggs, Joe Biggs, Melvin Trainer and Ross Trainer; mother-in-law, Anna Wise; and many other family members and friends.

Funeral service was February 3 at Lantz Funeral Home in Buckeye with Pastor Sam Felton officiating. Interment was in the Cochran Cemetery.
