Clarissa Trainer

Clarissa Lynn Trainer, age 50, of Marlinton, died Sunday, December 20, 2015, at Peyton Hospice House in Fairlea.

Born September 9, 1965, at Marlinton, she was a daughter of Clarence and Dorothy Barkley Tyree, of High Point, North Carolina.

Clarissa was employed at Pocahontas Center as a housekeeper, laundry aide and floor tech.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Bruce Trainer, of Marlinton; a son, William Trainer, and wife, Amanda, of Marlinton; a sister, Shelly Reed, of High Point, North Carolina; and two grandchildren.

Funeral service was December 22 at May Chapel United Methodist Church in Neola with Pastor Phillip Thompson officiating. Interment was in May Chapel Cemetery in Neola.
