Bleu Cheese Dressing
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup bleu cheese, crumbled
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced.
Mix all ingredients and let flavors meld in the refrigerator a few days before serving.
Russian Dressing
1 cup vinegar
2 cups oil, safflower
1 cup ketchup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed or minced
1 tsp. Tabasco
Mix together and shake well before using.
