Bake at 350\u00ba for 40-45 minutes or until done.\r\n\r\nOatmeal Pie\r\n2 eggs\r\n1 cup white sugar\r\n1 cup dark Karo syrup\r\n1\/2 cup quick oatmeal\r\n6 Tbsp. melted butter\r\n6 Tbsp. milk\r\n1 tsp. vanilla\r\n1\/2 cup coconut\r\n2 8-inch pie crusts\r\nBake pie crusts according to directions.\r\nBeat eggs until well-beaten. Add butter, coconut, Karo syrup, milk, quick oatmeal, white sugar, and vanilla. Mix until blended. Pour into pie crusts.\r\nBake at 350\u00ba until a knife comes out clean when inserted into the middle.\r\n\r\nLima Beans with Cheese\r\n3 10 oz. packages of quick lima beans, frozen\r\n3\/4 cup parsley, snipped\r\n1 1\/2 cups Swiss (or Gruyere) cheese, grated\r\n3\/4 cup milk\r\nCook beans in boiling water (salted) as directed on package. Drain.\r\nAdd cheese, parsley, and milk. Mix gently until cheese is melted. Serve at once.
