Fried Apple Pies
Use doughnut dough recipe using Hudson Cream flour
2 Tbsp. thick, sweetened, spiced apple sauce
Prepare your favorite doughnut dough.
Roll out ¼ inch thick.
Cut into 6 inch rounds.
Place 2 Tbsp. applesauce in center of each round.
Moisten edges and fold over.
Fry in shallow shortening 1 ½ inches deep at 365 º until puffed and brown.

1 pkg. lime Jello
1 can fruit cocktail
1 can crushed pineapple
1 cup boiling water
1 small pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
½ cup chopped nuts.
Dissolve Jello in hot water.
Cut cream cheese into small pieces and add to Jello.
Add other ingredients.
Pour into mold and refrigerate until set.
