Apple Slaw
1 unpeeled apple, diced
(Red makes the salad more attractive)
4 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup red onion, chopped fine
1 green bell pepper, chopped fine
1/2 cup fat-free light vanilla yogurt
2 Tbsp. orange juice
Dash of cinnamon
Combine all ingredients.
Stir well.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Scalloped Potatoes with Pork Chops
This was Mrs. George Sharp’s recipe.
6 browned pork chops
12 medium potatoes
1 medium onion
2 cups milk
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
Slice potatoes and onions
Alternate ingredients in baking dish
Dot with butter and bake 2 hours at 350º
