Mozzarella Chicken Wings\r\nI make this myself for a different way of cooking chicken wings.\r\nMix together and coat chicken wings with:\r\n2\/3 cup Bisquick\r\n2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese\r\n2 tsp. Italian seasoning\r\n1 tsp. paprika\r\n1\/4 tsp. pepper\r\nPlace wings in a 9 x 13 pan.\r\nBake uncovered 45 minutes at 400\u00ba\r\nTurn chicken wings and add\r\n2\/3 cup tomato sauce\r\n3\/4 cup mozzarella cheese\r\nBake 5 minutes longer.\r\nYou can use any pieces of chicken, but if using breasts or thighs, put skin side down first.\r\n\r\nRed Cabbage \r\nand Sausage\r\nI didn\u2019t think I would like this, but it is real good.\r\n2 Tbsp. bacon drippings\r\n4 cups shredded red cabbage\r\n2 cups cubed apples\r\n1\/4 cup brown sugar\r\n1\/4 cup vinegar\r\n1\/4 cup water\r\n1 1\/4 tsp. salt\r\nKielbasa Sausage \u2013 cut into cubes \u2013 the amount you prefer.\r\nHeat drippings.\r\nAdd remaining ingredients.\r\nCover tightly and cook over medium heat for 25 or 30 minutes, until cabbage is done.\r\n\r\nGinger Snaps\r\nI\u2019ll admit making cookies is not my favorite thing to do, but this is a good one. I first made them in 1956.\r\n3\/4 cup shortening\r\n1 cup sugar\r\n1 egg\r\n4 Tbsp. molasses\r\n2 cups flour\r\n2 tsp. baking soda\r\n1 tsp. salt\r\n1 tsp ginger\r\n1 tsp. cinnamon\r\nSugar for coating\r\nPre-heat oven to 350\u00ba\r\nCream shortening and sugar together.\r\nAdd eggs and molasses.\r\nMix well and add dry ingredients.\r\nShape in a generous ball, about 1 Tbsp.\r\nRoll in sugar.\r\nBake 8 to 10 minutes for chewy cookies or 10 -15 for crisp cookies.
