Souper Saucy Meatloaf

1 can tomato soup
1/4 cup minced onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup water
1 cup bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. fine parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Blend soup and water. Mix 1/2 cup soup mixture with the rest of the ingredients.
Shape into firm loaf.
Bake at 350º for 1 1/4 hours.
Blend remaining soup mixture with 2 Tbsp. drippings to serve over loaf.
4 to 6 servings.

1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 box instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
Drain pineapple and add enough water to the juice to make 1 cup.
Put all the ingredients together, except the pudding, and mix for two minutes with a hand or stand mixer.
Add the pudding and and beat for three minutes.
Fold in the pineapple.
Pour into a greased tube pan and bake at 350º for 1 hour.
