Cheese Crackers
These are nice with salad. An old recipe from Mrs. Helen Nottingham.
2 cups grated Old English Cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 cup Hudson Cream flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. red pepper
Cream butter and cheese together.
Add dry ingredients and beat well.
Make into a roll and chill.
Slice and bake at 400º for 10 minutes.

Mayonnaise Biscuits
This is a quick way to serve bread when unexpected company comes.
2 cups Hudson Cream self-rising flour
1 cup sweet milk
4 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
Add all ingredients and mix well.
Drop biscuits in well greased muffin tins.
Bake 475º for 12 to 15 minutes.

Cheddar Chicken
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 package Gold Fish Cheddar Cheese Crackers
1 stick butter, melted
Coat baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Crush crackers in blender and set aside.
Melt butter in sauce pan.
Dip chicken in melted butter and dredge in crushed crackers.
Place on baking sheet.
Bake, uncovered, at 350º for one hour.
