Cheese Crackers\r\nThese are nice with salad. An old recipe from Mrs. Helen Nottingham.\r\n2 cups grated Old English Cheese\r\n1\/2 cup butter\r\n1 cup Hudson Cream flour\r\n1 tsp. salt\r\n1\/4 tsp. red pepper\r\nCream butter and cheese together.\r\nAdd dry ingredients and beat well.\r\nMake into a roll and chill.\r\nSlice and bake at 400\u00ba for 10 minutes.\r\n\r\nMayonnaise Biscuits\r\nThis is a quick way to serve bread when unexpected company comes.\r\n2 cups Hudson Cream self-rising flour\r\n1 cup sweet milk\r\n4 Tbsp. Mayonnaise\r\nAdd all ingredients and mix well.\r\nDrop biscuits in well greased muffin tins.\r\nBake 475\u00ba for 12 to 15 minutes.\r\n\r\nCheddar Chicken\r\n4 boneless chicken breasts\r\n1 package Gold Fish Cheddar Cheese Crackers\r\n1 stick butter, melted\r\nCoat baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.\r\nCrush crackers in blender and set aside.\r\nMelt butter in sauce pan.\r\nDip chicken in melted butter and dredge in crushed crackers.\r\nPlace on baking sheet.\r\nBake, uncovered, at 350\u00ba for one hour.
