Milky Dressing \r\nfor Spring Greens\r\n1\/4 cup whole milk\r\n1\/4 cup apple cider vinegar\r\n1 Tbsp. sugar\r\nDash salt\r\nFresh ground pepper to taste\r\n1 cup mayonnaise \u00a0(more or less)\r\nFresh herbs, optional\r\nWhisk all ingredients together until smooth.\r\nTaste and adjust vinegar, sugar and spices.\r\nCover and store in fridge. Keeps up to a week.\r\n\r\nDeluxe Hamburger\r\n1 lb. ground round or sirloin\r\n1 tsp. lemon juice\r\n1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce\r\nDash hot sauce, optional\r\nFresh ground pepper\r\nOnion salt \r\nButter\r\nMix lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce, set aside. \r\nMake patties 1\/2 hour before cooking. Sprinkle them with pepper. Let stay at room temperature.\r\nSprinkle cast iron or heavy skillet with enough onion salt to nearly cover the bottom. When salt is brown and skillet is hot, place patties in skillet. Let patties get crusty brown on one side before turning. After turning, place some of the sauce on each patty.\r\nFor extra flavor, add dash of butter to each patty. \r\nContinue cooking for one minute.
