Chicken Divan Casserole
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
2 cups cooked chicken, cut into bite size pieces
2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. to 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
½ tsp. curry powder
Combine broccoli and chicken in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan, and set aside.
Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder in a bowl.
Pour over broccoli and chicken mixture.
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Mix cheese and bread crumbs together with butter.
Sprinkle over the top of the casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
