Chicken Divan Casserole\r\n2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained\r\n2 cups cooked chicken, cut into bite size pieces\r\n2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted\r\n1 cup mayonnaise\r\n1 tsp. to 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice\r\n\u00bd tsp. curry powder\r\n\u00a0\r\nCombine broccoli and chicken in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan, and set aside.\r\nCombine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder in a bowl.\u00a0\r\nPour over broccoli and chicken mixture.\r\nTOPPING\r\n\u00bd cup shredded cheddar cheese\r\n\u00bd cup bread crumbs\r\n1 Tbsp. butter, melted\r\nMix cheese and bread crumbs together with butter.\r\nSprinkle over the top of the casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
