1 cup butter at room temperature
1/4 tsp. garlic
1 Tbsp. chives
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. Dill
Dash of lemon juice (optional)
Mix together gently, using paddle.
Do not whip.
Great to serve on rolls, baked potatoes, and more.
Best Baked Potato
Cover a baking sheet with foil – for easy clean up.
Scrub baking potatoes and let dry a bit.
Poke a few holes in them.
Pour some olive oil in a Ziploc bag.
Add coarse salt.
Put one potato at a time in the bag and work the oil and salt onto the skin.
Place on foil lined baking sheet, but don’t wrap the potato in foil.
Bake at 425º for 45 minutes.
Adjust baking time according to the size of the potatoes.
