Crab Balls

2 eggs
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 3/4 cups crushed unsalted crackers
1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 lb. deluxe crabmeat
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix together and roll into balls.
Bake at 400º for about 15 minutes

Crock Pot BBQ Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
1 red onion, diced
Pull all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 4 to 6 hours.

Easy Bake Chicken

1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix
1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup sour cream
16 oz. bag frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained
Preheat oven to 350º.
Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package and set aside.
Mix chicken, soup, sour cream and vegetables in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Top with stuffing
Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
Serves 6.
