Turkey Stuffing Roll Ups
Virginia Callison

12 -1/4 inch turkey slices
1 box stove top stuffing
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 soup can of milk
Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
Roll ½ cup stuffing into log for each slice of turkey.
Place on turkey slices and roll.
Place seam side down in casserole dish.
Mix soup and milk together.
Pour over rolls and bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
These can be made the night before, but do not bake until the day they will be served.

Candied Squash
Opal Moore
2 medium acorn squash
½ cup margarine
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup water
2 Tbsp. white corn syrup
¼ tsp. cinnamon
Cook whole squash in a large amount of boiling water for about 15 minutes or until tender.
Drain, pare, halve, remove seeds and cut into chunks.
Melt butter and brown sugar in a large frying pan and stir remaining ingredients until blended.
Add squash, toss until coated.
Cover pan and cook over low heat 10 minutes.
Uncover and cook 5 more minutes.
Serves 8.
