No Sugar Apple Pie
Ruth Ann Mullenax
4 cups sliced yellow delicious apples
Double crust for 9-inch pie
1 can frozen apple juice concentrate
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Desired spices
Cook frozen apple juice and cornstarch, stirring frequently, until clear.
Add desired spices.
Mix in apples.
Pour into pie crust.
Cover with top crust and bake at 375 º for one hour.

Peach Upside Down Cake
Barbara Shinaberry
1 box butter pecan cake mix
1 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar
Peaches, cut in half
Mix cake batter according to package directions, set aside.
Melt butter and pour into bottom of 9 x 13 pan.
Add brown sugar.
Mix well and spread evenly over bottom of pan.
Place peaches with seed side up (or use sliced peaches) over the butter, sugar mixture.
Pour cake batter over top.
Bake at 350º for 30 to 35 minutes.
