The Pocahontas County High School Warrior JV football team traveled to Greenbrier West October 5 to face the JV Cavaliers.
The Warriors were unable to come up with a win, losing 42-7 against the stout young Cavaliers. The lone bit of success came when sophomore QB #6 Brayden Hayhurst connected with sophomore WR #3 Connor Taylor on an 8-yard touchdown pass, setup on the drive by a 50-yard run by Hayhurst on a QB Draw; kick after by freshman #83 Clayton Burns was good.
