Victoria Ellen “Vicky” Ramos, age 29, of Marlinton, was granted her angel wings Wednesday, October 4, 2017.

Vicky was born November 28, 1987, in Tracy, California, and lived there until she moved to Wyoming, then to West Virginia.

Throughout her life, Vicky touched many people. Those who knew her, knew the quality of her gifts and the genuineness of her heart. She always had a smile or a kind word to share, and always believed in and saw the best in people. Her work as a CNA allowed her to share her heart with others, and she had the ability to brighten any day.

Vicky had a deep understanding of her faith in God and dedicated her life to studying the teachings of the Lord.
With her passing, we are reminded that each day is a gift. Vicky’s life is one that should be celebrated and remembered as one that had a positive and lasting effect on everyone who knew her.

Her life may seem too short to many, but those who were touched by her understood the quality of her being, and felt the love she shared so freely.

Vicky loved her church family and her work family and dedicated her life to serving others. She was an amazing person with an infectious smile.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, James Say; grandparents, Zacarias and Joanne Ramos; and an uncle, Jerry Say.

She is survived by her loving parents, Jerry and Ginny Ramos, of Frost; two sons, Curtis and Jacoby, of Wyoming; grandmother, Antonia Say, of Lathrop, California; grandparents, David and Alex Benett, of Frost; sister and best friend, Darlene Ramos, of Lathrop, California; a brother, Josh Davis, of California; two sisters, Amber Ramos, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and Brittany Ramos, of Seattle, Washington; a very special cousin, JJ Say, of California; and many, many other family members in California, Texas, Wyoming, Oregon, Virginia and West Virginia, who loved and celebrated life with her throughout the years.

A memorial service will be held October 12, 11 a.m. at the Inn at Mountain Quest in Frost.
