Terry Lynn Richardson, beloved husband of Nathalie, father to Zach, Ben, Annie Laurie and Dan, passed peacefully May 2 at OSU, The James Cancer Center.

Terry was a graduate of Pocahontas County High School and West Virginia University. He was a talented guitarist, having played in many bands from a young age. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved being at his camp on the Jackson River in Bath County, Virginia, where he enjoyed hunting, fishing, hiking and swimming.

Terry was proud to continue the business of running C. J. Richardson Hardware and Furniture. The store was established by his great-grandfather, and the business continued through his grandfather and father before him.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Sue Harper Richardson.

Terry will be deeply missed by his family, friends in the community; many friends he enjoyed playing music with; and his uncles, aunts, nieces, nephew and cousins.

In addition to his wife and children, he is survived by his father, Charles McElwee Richardson; and a sister, Vickie Richardson Ferrell.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, May 14,2 p.m. at the Marlinton United Methodist Church. Family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until time of service.

Future Celebrations of Life will be held at the Boiling Springs Rod and Gun Club in Bath County, Virginia, and a tribute concert at the Pocahontas County Opera House at a later date.

Memorials in Terry’s name may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Pocahontas County Opera House.
