Scottie Bowers

Scottie Bowers passed away in Las Vegas, Nevada, after a short illness.

Scottie was very talented in crafts and music. Her first love was theater ––beginning in high school and going on to college and local theater. She was in two Off-Broadway shows in New York City.

She attended American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City. And also attended Boston College and graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia.

Scottie brought great joy to those who were lucky to be on her part of this Earth. She was so loving and a great friend to all.

She was preceded in death by her father, Don Bowers.

She is survived by her mother, Mary Alyce Beard Bowers, of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Richmond, Virginia.

We were so blessed that Scottie was loaned to all of us, her friends. She will be greatly missed by all.

Memorial service was held in Richmond, Virginia, and Las Vegas, Nevada. Her ashes will be scattered at a later date.
