Ricky Lynn Barkley, age 57, of Durbin, passed away Sunday, April 17, 2016, at his home.
Born December 13, 1958, at Elkins, he was a son of the late Grover Lee and Euna Bly Burner Barkley.
Ricky was water plant manager for Durbin, Frank and Bartow.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his twin sister, Vicky Lee Barkley.
He is survived by his wife, Cindy Ann Barkley; a son, Ricky Lynn Barkley, II, and fiancée, Jasmine Shearer, of Durbin; special cousins, raised as sisters, Betty Jean Oxier, of Durbin, Shirley Dean, of Elkins, Louise Carr, of Daily and Linda Monk, of Boyer; a special nephew, Lee Oxier, and fiancée, Jessica Sharp; special nieces, Sheila Hines, Melissa Starks, and husband, Rick, Emma Sculthorpe, Anna Kane, and husband, Mark, and Tammy Oxier, and fiancé, Norman Vance, all of Durbin, and Connie Gruelick, and husband, Robert, of Frank; and special great-nieces, Marka, Hallie, Shawnee, and daughter, Erika, and Tommy Lee.
Funeral service was April 19 at Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home in Arbovale with Pastor David Rittenhouse officiating. Interment was in the Arbovale Cemetery Annex. Pallbearers were Rickey Barkley, II, Lee Oxier, Mark Kane, Dale Bacorn, Jeff Kline and Olen Kline.
