Samantha Hanna, 47, of Marlinton, appeared in court April 12 on two counts of petit larceny. Bond was set at $1,000.
Jerome Ernest Heinemann, 72, of Green Bank, appeared in court April 17 on two counts of specific acts forbidden. Bond was set at $1,000.
Brandon Adam Waddell, 29, of Durbin, appeared in court April 10 on a charge of domestic battery, second offense. Bond was set at $1,000. He appeared in court April 14 on a charge of persons prohibited to possess firearms. Bond was set at $1,000.
Amy Danette Widney, 39, of Cass, appeared in court April 16 on a charge of driving while license is revoked for DUI. Bond was set at $500.
Lisa M. Foe, 44, of Cass, appeared in court April 11 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was set at $500.

Alexander Michael Fyoof, 18, of Marlinton, appeared in court April 15 on a charge of simple possession of 15 grams. Proceedings were deferred and he was placed on six months unsupervised probation. He was assessed $165.25 in court costs.
