Annual Medicare Wellness visits at no cost
Pocahontas Memorial Hospital’s Rural Health Clinic (RHC) encourages Medicare enrollees to schedule their Annual Wellness Visit today.
The Annual Wellness Visit is available for Medicare beneficiaries to create a prevention plan based on your needs with your primary care provider. Included are health risk assessments, basic screenings, and an opportunity for advice and counseling.
There is no deductible or co-pay for this visit. You may schedule an appointment by calling the Rural Health Clinic at 304-799-6200. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m to 6:30 p.m., as well as the first Saturday of each month.
The RHC’s goal is to be your partner in healthcare and is committed to making available a personal pro-vider who takes care of all your healthcare needs. This includes coordinating your care across all settings – the medical office, hospital, specialty clinics, testing facilities or other places you would receive healthcare.
