Nancy Ann Blankenship, 70, of Hillsboro, passed away Friday, May 3, 2024, at the Pocahontas Memorial Hospital.
Born June 26, 1953, in Marlinton, she was a daughter of the late Newman and Doris Wilfong Dilley.
Nancy was an active member of the Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church where she volunteered many hours. Nancy worked as an LPN for 41 years, retiring from Pocahontas Center.
She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Larry Junior Blankenship; son, Dana Blankenship (Holly); daughter, Jennifer Eddy (Shawn); sister, Penny Bennett (Jeffrey); grandchildren, Katie and Lilly Eddy, Taylor Barbre, Alexis Barbre-Blankenship and Gabriel Blankenship; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside service was held Monday, May 6, 2024, at Morningside Cemetery in Renick with Pastor Pete Scott officiating.
