Marcel Ryder

Marcel Vinson Ryder, age 82, of Kenockee Township, Michigan, died Thursday, April 18, 2019.

He was born January 6, 1937, in Neola, he was a son of the late Vinson and Rubie Ryder.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Phyllis Ryder; two step-sons, Myron “Mike” and Randy Sasu; a brother, Alton J. Ryder; half-sister, Rosemary Knight; and an infant sister.

He is survived by three step-daughters, Angela (William) Eveningred, Carla (Barry) Price, and Jennie (Greg) Bland; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; a sister, Rosalee Morrison; a half-sister, Leeta Russell; and two half-brothers, Alvon Ryder and Vinson Ryder, Jr.

Graveside service will be held Friday, May 10, at noon in Elmwood Cemetery.
