According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals had activity in their cases:

In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:

Phillip Wayne Shinaberry, 34, of Dunmore, pleaded guilty September 9 to a charge of seat belt violation. Shinaberry was assessed a $25 fine.

In Magistrate Jennifer Dunz’s court: 

Kerry Stephen Johnson, 60, of Buckeye, pleaded no contest September 6 to a charge of left of center. Johnson was assessed $201.48 in court costs and fines.

Richard Douglas McMillion, 50, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest September 1 to charges of driving while license suspended or revoked and operation without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate. McMillion was assessed $522.96 in court costs and fines.

Keeley S. Starcher, 23, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty September 13 to a charge of speeding. Starcher was assessed $201.48 in court costs and fines.

Steven K. Bennett, 49, of Green Bank, pleaded no contest September 10 to a charge of seat belt violation. Bennett was assessed a $25 fine.

Dustin L. White, 36, of Arbovale, pleaded guilty September 30 to charges of unsafe and improperly equipped vehicle and operation without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate. White was assessed $382.96 in court costs and fines.

Brian Keith Swope, 61, of Renick, pleaded guilty September 10 to a charge of no operator’s license. Swope was assessed $221.48 in court costs and fines.
