According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals had activity in their cases:

In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:

Talal Tariq Al-Saddiqi, 26, of Beverly, pleaded no contest August 24 to a charge of speeding. Al-Saddiqi was assessed $201.48 in court costs and fines.

Madison F. Arbogast, 19, of Arbovale, pleaded no contest August 23 to charges of no insurance and operating vehicle without evidence of registration. Arbogast was assessed $582.96 in court costs and fines.

Tyler Michael Neal, 28, of Webster Springs, pleaded guilty August 24 to a charge of UTV in restricted area. Neal was assessed $206.01 in court costs and fines.

Adam M. Warner, 37, of Durbin, pleaded guilty August 21 to a charge of digging/possessing ginseng dur- ing closed season. Warner was assessed $681.48 in court costs and fines.

David Michael Warner, 59, of Durbin, pleaded guilty August 28 to a charge of digging/possessing ginseng during closed season. Warner was assessed $681.48 in court costs and fines.

In Magistrate Jennifer Dunz’s court:

Lance Austin Eads, 36, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty August 18 to a charge of driving while license suspended or revoked. Eads was assessed $281.48 in court costs and fines.

Mark E. Ferrell, 65, of Charleston, pleaded guilty September 1 to charges of operating without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate and driving while license suspended or revoked. Ferrell was assessed $483.60 in court costs and fines.

Ethan Hamrick, 20, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty August 21 to charges of no muffler and operating without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate. Hamrick was assessed $382.96 in court costs and fines.

Debra Ann McLaughlin, 66, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest August 22 to a charge of failure to maintain control. McLaughlin was assessed $201.48 in court costs and fines.

Coby M. Neece, 23, of Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania, pleaded guilty August 15 to a charge of failure to maintain control. Neece was assessed $201.48 in court costs and fines.

Derek Wayne Scott, 39, of Renick, pleaded guilty August 16 to a charge of knowingly or intentionally poss- essing a controlled substance without a valid prescription. Scott was assessed $231.48 in court costs and fines.

James Blaine Wilfong, 69, of Durbin, pleaded guilty August 4 to a charge of passing in no passing zone. Wilfong was assessed $201.48 in court costs and fines.

Harold Dean Garretson, Jr., 55, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest August 3 to a charge of operating without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate. Garretson was assessed $191.48 in court costs and fines.

Jeremy M. Halley, 51, of Caldwell, pleaded guilty August 2 to charges of accident involving damage to vehicle and no operator’s. Halley was assessed $402.96 in court costs and fines.

Jerry Simonin, 32, of Green Bank, pleaded no contest to charges of no insurance, improper use of evidence of registration, operating without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate and failure to change address. Simonin was assessed $764.44 in court costs and fines.

Benjamin I. Walden, 31, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest August 30 to a charge of operating without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate. Walden was assessed $191.48 in court costs and fines.
