According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals had activity in their cases:

In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:

Steven Bennett, 48, of Green Bank, pleaded no contest July 27 to a charge of motor vehicle or ATV on prohibited areas. Bennett was assessed $381.48 in court costs and fines.
Fredrico Cahzl, age unavailable, of Snowshoe, pleaded guilty July 27 to charges of driver must be licensed and no certificate of insurance. Cahzl was assessed $582.96 in court costs and fines.

Brenden R. Scranton, 20, of Greensburg, Pennsylvania, pleaded guilty July 14 to a charge of speeding. Scranton was assessed $206.01 in court costs and fines.

Brian Smith, 47, of Mill Creek, pleaded no contest July 27 to a charge of knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled sub- stance without a valid prescription. Smith was assessed $281.48 in court costs and fines.

Rayna J. Smith, 19, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty July 11 to a charge of speeding. Smith was assessed $201.48 in court costs and fines.

Amanda L. Williford, 38, of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, pleaded guilty July 12 to a charge of knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription. Williford was assessed $281.48 in court costs and fines.

In Magistrate Jennifer Dunz’s court:

Archie Ray Arbogast, 47, of Arbovale, pleaded guilty July 24 to charges of driving while license suspended or revoked and no insurance. Arbogast was assessed $662.96 in court costs and fines.

Lance Austin Eads, 36, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty to two counts of dogs running at large. Eads was assessed $462.96 in court costs and fines.

Enoch Jay Marcum, 73, of Dunmore, pleaded guilty July 21 to a charge of operating motor vehicle in prohibited area. Marcum was assessed $231.48 in court costs and fines.

Greg R. McCullough, 61, of Maxwelton, pleaded guilty July 10 to a charge of UTV in restricted area. McCullough was assessed $206.01 in court costs and fines.

Hagen Cole Summers, 19, of Nitro, pleaded guilty July 17 to a charge of fishing without a license. Summers was assessed $206.01 in court costs and fines.
