According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals had activity in their cases:

In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:

Francesca Bignami, 51, of Washington, D.C., pleaded guilty January 28 to a charge of overtaking and passing a school bus. She was assessed $675.25 in court costs and fines.

Ryan Andrew Douglas, 24, of Bartow, pleaded no contest January 24 to charges of driving too fast for roadway conditions,  driving while license is suspended or revoked, operation of vehicle without evidence of registration, no vehicle insurance and operation without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate. He was assessed $765.75 in court costs and fines.

Tucker J. McGee, 18, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty January 6 to a charge of texting while driving. He was assessed a $100 fine.
Charles E. Osborne, Jr., 72, of Ripley, pleaded guilty January 3 to a charge of hunting, trapping or fishing on lands of another. He was assessed $275.25 in court costs and fines.

Daniel Scarbro, 27, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest January 27 to charges of unsafe and improperly equipped vehicle and no mufflers. He was assessed $390.50 in court costs and fines.

Eli Payne Pritt, 21, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest January 6 to a charge of petit larceny. He was assessed $201.25 in court costs and fines.

In Magistrate Jennifer Dunz’s court:

Raheel Ajaz, 29, of Falls Church, Virginia, pleaded no contest January 19 to charges of driving too fast for roadway conditions and limitations on overtaking on the left. He was assessed $380.50 in court costs and fines.

Gary Lynn Arbogast, 53, of Dailey, pleaded no contest January 20 to a charge of knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription. He was assessed $225.25 in court costs and fines.

Lisa Marie Lindsay, 52, of Mill Creek, pleaded guilty January 5 to a charge of driving while license is suspended or revoked. She was assessed $275.25 in court costs and fines.

Travis A. Rider, 35, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest January 21 to charges of driving while license is suspended or revoked, improper use of evidence of registration, no vehicle insurance and operation without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate. He was assessed $1,021 in court costs and fines.

David Michael Simmons, 41, of Snowshoe, pleaded no contest January 19 to a charge of accident involving damage to vehicle. He was assessed $225.25 in court costs and fines.

Penny M. Tomko, 32, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty January 31 to a charge of interference with officers or members of the West Virginia State Police. She was assessed $225.25 in court costs and fines.

Tyler A. Mallow, 23, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest December 9 to a charge of expiration of registration and certificate of title. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Ramzy Sayegh, 50, of Gaithersburg, Maryland, pleaded guilty January 19 to a charge of passing in a no passing zone. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.
