According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

David Bradley Moyers, 31, of Durbin, appeared in court April 1 on a charge of petit larceny. Bond was set at $500.

Kimberly Dawn Mullins, 38, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest April 7 to a charge of failure to obey traffic control signal. She was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

Joshua W. Kramer, 28, of Marlinton, appeared in court April 4 on a charge of malicious or unlawful assault. Bond was set at $500.

Joseph Lynn Thompson, 22, of Hillsboro, appeared in court April 4 on a charge of malicious or unlawful assault. Bond was set at $500.
