According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals had activity in their cases.

In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:

Kimberly Adkins, 52, of Wayne, pleaded guilty November 21 to a charge of driving ATV on roadway. She was assessed $275.25 in court costs and fines.

Robert Edward Bond, 50, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty November 14 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Glen Lawrence Carr, 62, of Renick, pleaded no contest November 6 to a charge of failure to use safety belt. He was assessed a $25 fine.

Brenda L. Evans, 32, of Slaty Fork, pleaded guilty November 25 to a charge of driving without valid license. She was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Tanner Lee Moore, 22, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest November 22 to a charge of knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without valid prescription. He was assessed $275.25 in court costs and fines.

Michael Shawn Reed, 41, of Coal City, pleaded guilty November 19 to a charge of hunting from vehicle. He was sentenced to 10 days suspended jail, placed on 10 days unsupervised probation and assessed $275.25 in court costs and fines.

Journey Elizabeth Robinson, 19, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty November 25 to two counts of knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription. She was assessed $550.50 in court costs and fines.

Joseph Allen Teter, 18, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty November 7 to a charge of illegal dumping. He was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

In Magistrate Janet Kershner-Vanover’s court:

Mary Elaine Diller, 70, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest November 8 to a charge of speeding. She was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Buddy Allen Lane, 36, of Walkersville, pleaded no contest November 18 to a charge of knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription. He was assessed $275.25 in court costs and fines.

Isaac K. Pritt, 20, of Mill Creek, pleaded no contest November 22 to a charge of no vehicle insurance. He was assessed $375.25 in court costs and fines.

Davis N. Stephenson, 62, of Weston, pleaded no contest November 27 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Charles A. Finney, 61, of Cass, pleaded no contest November 4 to a charge of mandatory disposal – provide proper proof of proper disposal. He was assessed $225.25 in court costs and fines.

Randall S. Frymier, 55, of Tanner, pleaded no contest November 5 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Darrell Richard Jordan, Jr., 22, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty October 31 to charges of operating a motor vehicle not equipped with approved motor vehicle alcohol test and lock system, and providing false information to the West Virginia State Police. He was assessed $500.50 in court costs and fines.

Antony Lee Williams, 42, of Richmond, Virginia, pleaded guilty November 15 to a charge of driving while license suspended/revoked. He was assessed $275.25 in court costs and fines.
