Dean, 26, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty September 26 to charges of operation without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate and knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without valid prescription. He was assessed $470.50 in court costs and fines. Dean also pleaded guilty September 16 to a charge of operating without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate. Steven W. Fisher, 55, of Red House, pleaded guilty September 10 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Joshua Hayes Grogg, 37, of Arbovale, pleaded no contest September 11 to a charge of mandatory disposal – provide proper proof of proper disposal. He was assessed $225.25 in court costs and fines.

Annette Irvine, 48, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty September 3 to a charge of disorderly conduct. She was assessed $240.75 in court costs and fines.

Ryan Anderson Martin, 26, of Webster Springs, pleaded no contest September 11 to charges of failure to maintain control and leaving the scene of a traffic accident. He was assessed $390.50 in court costs and fines. 

Steven Dwayne Shearer, 49, of Buckeye, pleaded guilty September 27 to a charge of person prohibited of possessing a firearm, domestic assault. He was assessed $275.25 in court costs and fines.

John Martin Stull, 29, of Bartow, pleaded no contest September 16 to a charge of driving too fast for roadway conditions. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Thelda Lynn Turner Shearer, 43, of Buckeye, pleaded guilty September 27 to a charge of person prohibited of possessing a firearm, domestic assault. She was assessed $275.25 in court costs and fines.

Timothy Alan Turner, 21, of Bartow, pleaded guilty September 19 to charges of unlawful methods of hunting – out of season, possession of wildlife, operation without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate and no vehicle insurance. He was assessed $1,161 in court costs and fines.

Samantha L. Collins, 21, of Dunmore, pleaded guilty September 12 to a charge of operation of vehicle without evidence of registration. She was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.
