According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals had activity in their cases:

In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:

Joel Adrian McKinney, 37, of Midway, pleaded guilty April 17 to a charge of unauthorized acts with regard to wildlife without license or permit – fishing without a license. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Travis Henry Palowski, 20, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty April 9 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Ethel E. Payne, 44, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest April 11 to charges of driving while license is suspended/revoked and no vehicle insurance. She was assessed $630.50 in court costs and fines.

Aaron T. Sharp, 25, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest April 5 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

James A. Shreve, 67, of Belington, pleaded guilty April 12 to a charge of exceeding pole limit – three poles in water. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

John A. Stiltner, II, 29, of Barboursville, pleaded guilty April 12 to a charge of no life jackets. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Danny Mark Wheeler, 20, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty April 15 to a charge of driving while license is suspended/revoked. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.

Dorsey Glenn Wolfe, 71, of Belington, pleaded guilty April 12 to a charge of exceeding pole limit – three poles. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

In senior status Magistrate Danith Miller’s court:

Rebecca Lynn Bennett, 20, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty April 19 to a charge of intoxication or drinking in public. She was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

Michael Lee Beverage, Jr., 32, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty April 26 to charges of driving while license suspended/revoked and operating without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate. He was assessed $455.50 in court costs and fines.

Cindy Lynn Blugerman, 48, of Bridgeport, pleaded guilty April 12 to a charge of unauthorized acts with regard to wildlife without license or permit – trout stamp. She was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Jonah Dare Cottrell, 22, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty April 17 to charges of driving while license is suspended/revoked and no proof of insurance. He was assessed $730.50 in court costs and fines.

David Scott Croston, 36, of Clarksburg, pleaded guilty April 19 to a charge of motorboat required equipment – no flotation device. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Bernard Zack Knighton, III, 31, of Cass, pleaded guilty April 12 to charges of driving while license is suspended/revoked, no insurance, registration unsigned and operating without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate. He was assessed $881 in court costs and fines.

Robert Adam Linville, 30, of Branchland, pleaded guilty April 3 to charges of driving while license is suspended/revoked and improper use of evidence of registration. He was assessed $450.50 in court costs and fines.

James Romie Martin, 46, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty April 15 to a charge of mandatory disposal – provide proper proof of proper disposal. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

Jeremy D. Moore, 33, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty May 1 to charges of local authorities may specify different course for turns – prohibited turns and improper use of evidence of registration. He was assessed $480.50 in court costs and fines.

Kristie Dawn Moore, 37, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty to a charge of knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription. She was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.

Teresa J. Potvin, 58, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty April 24 to a charge of mandatory disposal – provide proof of proper disposal – open dump. She was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

Markel James Ray, 22, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest April 26 to a charge of public intoxication. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

Seth Tyler Rexrode, 26, of Durbin, pleaded guilty April 5 to a charge of passing in a no passing zone. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Anthony Donovan Sever, 27, of Bradley, pleaded guilty April 25 to a charge of unauthorized acts with regard to wildlife without license or permit – fishing without license. He was assessed $815.25 in court costs and fines.

Kristen N. Thomas, 39, of Grafton, pleaded guilty April 17 to a charge of speeding. She was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Eric James Werner, 59, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty April 22 to a charge of mandatory disposal – provide proper proof of proper disposal. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.
