According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals had activity in their cases:

In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:

Brian Joseph Adams, 59, of Gordonsville, Virginia, pleaded no contest February 15 to a charge of reckless driving. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.

Travis Shane Dean, 40, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty February 26 to charges of improper use of evidence of registration and no vehicle insurance. He was assessed $550.50 in court costs and fines.

Sally K. Gibson, 66, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest February 12 to a charge of mandatory disposal – provide proper proof of proper disposal, unlawful use of Green Boxes. She was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

Willard Allen Halterman, 65, of Green Bank, pleaded guilty February 20 to a charge of mandatory disposal – provide proper proof of proper disposal. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

Richard Lee Hedrick, 29, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest February 15 to a charge of passing in a no passing zone. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Donald W. Lambert, 85, of Arbovale, pleaded guilty February 15 to a charge of mandatory disposal – provide proper proof of proper disposal. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

Amber Nicole Lester, 30, of Buckeye, pleaded guilty February 12 to a charge of mandatory disposal – provide proper proof of proper disposal. She was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

Ray Henry Oscar, 54, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty February 13 to a charge of mandatory disposal – provide proper proof of proper disposal. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

Shelia Sharp, 49, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest February 23 to a charge of mandatory disposal – provide proper proof of proper disposal. She was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

Mitch Allen Simmons, 55, of Dunmore, pleaded no contest February 7 to a charge of mandatory disposal – provide proper proof of proper disposal. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

Kathy P. Smith, 48, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty February 14 to a charge of mandatory disposal – provide proper proof of proper disposal. She was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

Kenneth Lee Summerfield, 55, of Dunmore, pleaded guilty February 23 to a charge of mandatory disposal – provide proper proof of proper disposal. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

Frances Ray Tawney, 56, of Buckeye, pleaded guilty February 14 to a charge of mandatory disposal – provide proper proof of proper disposal, unlawful use of Green Boxes. She was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

Brandon Ray Tucker, 30, of White Sulphur Springs, pleaded guilty February 8 to a charge of petit larceny. He was sentenced to six months suspended jail, placed on six months unsupervised probation and assessed $165.25 in court costs and fines.

Douglas P. Vandevender, 56, of Bartow, pleaded guilty February 12 to a charge of mandatory disposal – provide proper proof of proper disposal, unlawful use of Green Boxes. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

Jacob Daniel Walton, 19, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty February 23 to a charge of shoplifting. He was assessed $235.25 in court costs and fines.
