William Joseph Gilmore, 43, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty April 14 to a charge of failure to use a seatbelt. He was assessed a $25 fine.
Ross George Benedict, age unavailable, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty April 11 to charges of driving suspended and operating without evidence of registration. A charge of operating without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate was dismissed. He was assessed $670.75 in court costs and fines.
