According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals had activity in their cases.

In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:

Zheng Huang, 24, of Minneapolis, Minnesota, pleaded no contest March 17 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.

In Magistrate Carrie Wilfong’s court:

Saad Muhana Alsubaie, 32, of Elkins, pleaded guilty March 14 to charges of speeding and failure to obtain a certificate of insurance. He was assessed $555.50 in court costs and fines.

Ryan David Anderson, 20, of St. Petersburg, Florida, was placed on a 12-month pre-trial diversion for charges of possession of non-intoxicating beer and littering from motor vehicle. He was assessed $330.50 court costs and fines.

Jordan Christopher Braz-zeal, 19, of St. Petersburg, Florida, was placed on a 12-month pre-trial diversion for charges of possession of non-intoxicating beer and littering from a motor vehicle. He was assessed $330.50 in court costs and fines.

Jamison S. Forester, 20, of Camden, South Carolina, pleaded guilty March 7 to a charge of driving while license is suspended/revoked. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.

Hayden P. Jones, 21, of Glenville, pleaded guilty March 14 to a charge of possession/use of prohibited bait. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.

Riley Patrick Moran, 20, of Gainesville, Florida, was placed on a 12-month pre-trial diversion for a charge of non-intoxicating beer. He was assessed $165.25 in court costs and fines.

Ross Nicholas Parker, 20, of St. Petersburg, Florida, was placed on a 12-month pre-trial diversion for a charge of non-intoxicating beer. He was assessed $165.25 in court costs and fines.

Kenney Raye Shinaberry, 40, of Dunmore, pleaded guilty February 27 to a charge of battery. He was sentenced to 14 days suspended jail, placed on six months unsupervised probation and assessed $165.25 in court costs and fines.

Clara Marie Shay, 25, of Marlinton, was found guilty March 6 of a charge of domestic battery. She was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.
