According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals had activity in their cases:

In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:

Graceton E. Carper, 20, of Morgantown, pleaded guilty January 3 to a charge of knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription. He was assessed $165.25 in court costs and fines.

Tracie Lynn Fitzwater, 42, of Beaver, pleaded guilty January 10 to a charge of speeding. She was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Reed Mitchell Joyce, 27, of Belpre, Ohio, pleaded guilty January 3 to a charge of knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance without valid prescription. He was assessed $165.25 in court costs and fines.

Carl Lee Kidd, 25, of Bartow, pleaded no contest January 4 to a charge of driving while license suspended/revoked. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.

Paul Shelton Lambert, 62, of Durbin, pleaded no contest January 3 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

Jason Thomas Rothgeb, 41, of Huntington, pleaded guilty January 3 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Colt Hunter Callison, 21, of Williamsburg, pleaded guilty December 16 to four counts of destruction of property. He was sentenced to 40 days jail, ordered to pay $800 in restitution and assessed $661 in court costs and fines.
